Nigel Maddocks, represented Robert Sorbey as a replacement for Chris Pouncey on 19th June 2014 and despite England playing in the world cup that evening we had a good turnout of 23 members.
He is a retired policeman, chairman of Somerset Woodturners, a member of the Martock and District woodturners and has a wealth of experience so we were ensured an interesting evening.
A table with a good selection of Robert Sorbey tools were on show and for sale and Nigel was always on hand prior and after the demonstration to ensure that everyone bought what tools they needed.
